04 August 2010 The Marquee Blog

I am not looking forward to next Tuesday.

Not because I don't want to know what happens on the mid-season finale of the most scandalous TV show of the season, but because I'm not confident I can make it through the rest of the summer Prom Jurken without my "Pretty Little Liars."

Last night's Lange Avondjurken episode didn't waste any time before delving into drama and suspense. While Hanna, Aria and Spencer flipped through flashcards and prepared for the dreaded SAT, Emily was nowhere to be found - and not because she doesn't like studying in groups.

The revolving roles continue on Order: Criminal Intent with Variety reporting that actor Jeff Goldblum is leaving the show after two seasons.

Goldblum took over last season for Chris Noth, who left the show after reviving his role of Det. Mike Logan, whom he portrayed on the original "Law Order" series.

Goldblum's Det. Zach Nichols helmed "L O: CI" after the mass exodus of actors Vincent D Kathryn Erbe and Eric Bogosian. Fans were fairly vocal about the loss of D'Onofrio and Erbe, who had been with the franchise since its inception.

Neither creator Dick Wolf, nor the USA Network have confirmed that Goldblum is choosing not to renew now that his two year deal is up.

So where does that leave us, "L CI" Eenvoudige Trouwjurken fans? Does this latest news toll the death bell for a show that has a pretty strong core fan base, but has never really been able to pull in big ratings?

Wizards get wet and wild at Orlando themepark

The statement couldn be further from the truth at the brick and mortar version of Hogwarts castle at Universal Orlando, which has been a massive success since its opening in the summer of 2010.

Infinitus, a convention for Harry Potter fans run by HP Education Fanon, Inc., a group devoted to organizing academic symposiums, added to this summer attendee total. About 1700 fans were given the chance to visit the new attraction in Orlando, Florida during the muggle-free of a Thousand Wizards" event at The Wizarding World of Harry Potter.
